Limited role access to dashboard
Our dean of students wants to be able to see who has checked out devices (or view as mentioned in dashboard of checked out devices). Would it be possible to have that in any way as a non-super admin user?

Checked out dashboard
Would be great to have a dashboard of currently checked out devices. Doesn’t have to be big - would be great if customizable. Current user, check out time and asset name/serial would be most helpful.

Monthly report
We’d like to know who is checking out our chromebook loaners so being able to run a report for the month would be helpful so we can follow up with them as it is a requirement to have a laptop.

Automate lockout
After a certain amount of time for devices still checked out, it would be helpful if it was possible to have that device moved to a “locked out” OU where a student would need to go to IT admin to be able to log in. We’re having issues with either a student not bringing a device back or front office not putting a device back into the check out kiosk app.

Can we have a different option for what populates instead of the Directory API ID? Not super helpful from a user standpoint which device it is. Asset ID would be preferable or at least Serial Number

Can we get a feature to check in from dashboard when logged in as admin? Sometimes I have students bring them to me if they find them or I need to fix an issue on them and tell them to get a different one.

Ability to query Asset ID
Hi, would love if chromebooks arrived in the list on mobile/computer by also pulling from Asset ID. I put my students’ names in there and when I search their names, I have to wait a while for the search to find their name (see other feedback) and then when it displays the chromebook they might be using, it only says the serial number so I don’t know which one I am clicking on. Be able to make personal notes on a device just for instinctive
I was wondering if it’s possible to write your own notes to yourself about devices so when you scan them you can write things like “lent to x student” or “mic is bad.” It’s not that important because there is the official Notes section for the chromebooks, but I use that for something else. Are internal notes possible? Thanks!

See chromebooks list when OU is selected
When I click on an OU, I would love for there to be an option that says “see devices in this OU” and have a list I can click on/manipulate so I don’t have to get the serial numbers from somewhere else and then do batch mode. Thanks!

Add Asset ID option to QR Code generator
Would be great to be able to put the asset ID in the text above the QR code, like it lets you do for the serial number. That way the name of the person will also be on the device sticker when you are doing asset tagging if you put their name in asset ID like I do

Batch Export QR Codes
Hi! If I want to turn QR codes into something I can print in batch, it would be helpful to have the ability to batch print the QR codes of whatever I batch select, like an OU or list of chromebooks. Thanks!

Would love the option to see what apps/extensions are applied to each OU. Sub-requests to that include: Being able to compare between OUs i.e. which apps are installed, whether they are pinned or not, etc. Maybe doing a security check on the permissions those apps allow and recommending removing based on violating certain things like “read and change your data on all sites” If at all possible (but I don’t see how it is) copying apps and their attendant settings between OUs THANKS!

Not able to scan using camera
I am unable to scan using mobile or cam attached to mac too. Our stickers are glossy finish, cud that be reason. It wud scan with camera once in 10 tries, i hear a beep but nothing happens like no details on screen pop up. Its just blank. anything I am missing?
